Palisades Properties features separate sober housing accommodations for men and women. Early recovery is a crucial time where we may feel vulnerable. It is of the utmost importance that you have secure sober home housing to continue your growth. We are here to make that possible for you.

WOMEN’S HOUSING

Our women’s housing offers all the traditional comforts of home. Fully furnished homes with fully equipped kitchens, cable television, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer.

Living with other women during your recovery is a prime opportunity to support one another and build new, healthy friendships. A key ingredient of successful recovery is fellowship. We help women work together on the skills needed for a life of successful recovery.

Our goal is for every woman who moves on from Palisades Properties Sober Living to re-enter regular outside life with joy, confidence and optimism. While building a firm foundation of spiritual and ethical principles during ones time spent here will help define their recovery moving forward.

MENS HOUSING

Our men’s housing features the key comforts of a home. Fully furnished residences with well equipped kitchens, cable television, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer.

Fellowship is an essential building block of a successful recovery. Men at Palisades Properties Sober Living learn the value that brotherhood holds in the recovery provides. We emphasize the 12-step approach and encourage men to develop who they were meant to be.

We want every man who leaves Palisades Properties Sober Living to feel empowered and responsible for their own recovery. Strengthened by the fundamental wisdom the 12-step process provides as they take the reins of their new lives in recovery.
